Terms of Service & Privacy Policy for the Xeversea Site

Scope

This document governs the use of all pages and features managed by Xeversea, including project pages, member pages, redeem features, "Pinjol" simulation features, and links to Google Forms used for loan applications and complaints.

General Disclaimer

Xeversea is an educational and non-commercial project created by students of Class 10E — SMA Maitreyawira Palembang. This site is not an official institution, not a financial service provider, and does not provide commercial services.

Brief Definitions

• Site: all pages, assets, and resources managed by Xeversea.
• User: any person who accesses or interacts with the Site.
• Simulation Features: non-commercial modules that simulate processes (e.g., "Pinjol") without real monetary value.
• Google Forms: third-party services used for applications and complaints.

Terms of Use

By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms. Do not use the Site if you do not agree. Users are responsible for their actions and content submitted on the Site.

Special Clause: "Pinjol" Simulation

All features displaying loan processes or financial institutions are illustrative simulations for educational/entertainment purposes. Only relevant for the internal context of SMA Maitreyawira Palembang.

• Offline Transactions Only: Real follow-up actions (verification, approval, document submission, disbursement) are conducted offline by the school or project coordinator; the Site does not process money or store payment data.
• Geographic Limitation: Simulations are intended only for the SMA Maitreyawira Palembang community and not for general use outside that community.
• Warning Before Interaction: The `Pinjol` page must display a clear statement that this is only a simulation and real transactions are conducted offline.

Google Forms: Usage & Privacy Impact

The Site provides links to Google Forms for loan applications and complaints. Answers you submit will be stored in Google's service according to Google's Privacy Policy and accessed by the form managers (e.g., teachers or project coordinators).

Do not submit sensitive financial information, credentials, or biometric data through the forms. Form data is processed for internal administrative purposes and offline coordination.

Data Collection

We collect:

• Data you provide directly: name, class, contact, application content, or complaint content through Google Forms or email.
• Technical data: server logs, IP address, user agent, and timestamp recorded by the hosting provider.

Xeversea does not collect or store credit card data or sensitive financial information through the Site.

Legal Basis & Processing Purpose

Data processing is based on consent (e.g., form filling) and legitimate interests of the managers for site operations and project administration. Purpose: handling applications/complaints, administrative communication, site maintenance, and legal compliance.

Storage & Retention

Data submitted through Google Forms or email is stored as long as needed for administrative purposes or legal requirements. Deletion requests can be submitted to the listed contacts; requests will be reviewed and processed according to legal and administrative obligations.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Form responses are stored on the form owner's Google account; administrative access is granted to designated managers. Technical data may be accessed by the hosting provider. Xeversea does not sell personal data to third parties.

Cookies & Tracking

Currently, the Site does not implement login mechanisms or third-party tracking cookies. If analytics or cookies are introduced in the future, notifications and cookie policies will be added.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no system is completely secure; Xeversea cannot provide absolute guarantees against any form of compromise beyond reasonable control.

Data Subject Rights

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or objection to the processing of your personal data. Submit requests via email: x.eversea@gmail.com. Include adequate identification and request details.

Intellectual Property Rights

All original materials created by Xeversea are owned by Xeversea or its licensors. Reuse without written permission is prohibited. For permission to use materials, contact x.eversea@gmail.com.

User Content & Moderation

Users are responsible for the content they submit. By submitting content, you grant Xeversea a non-exclusive, royalty-free, adaptable, and publishable license for site operational needs. Xeversea reserves the right to delete or disable content that violates laws or these terms.

Prohibited Behavior

Uploading illegal content, child pornography, hate speech, threats, or performing hacking/scraping that causes harm is prohibited. Violations may result in content deletion, access blocking, and/or reporting to authorities.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". Xeversea is not responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from Site use or reliance on simulation results. Fictional or simulated materials do not constitute professional advice.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Xeversea against third-party claims arising from violations of these terms or unlawful use of the Site.

Copyright Complaints

If you are a copyright owner and find infringement, send a complete notice to x.eversea@gmail.com including ownership proof and location of alleged infringing material; we will review and follow up reasonably.

Changes to Terms & Termination

Xeversea may modify or terminate services at any time. Changes to this document will be published on this page. Terms that must survive will remain in effect after termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably; if unsuccessful, resolved through local legal mechanisms.
